One property platform for the world

OpenMoov is a property technology company, founded in the UK and built for international expansion. One platform where owners, estate agents, buyers, tenants and property service providers can search, list, sell, let and complete a move, with listing free for everyone.

The problem we are solving

Moving home in the UK is slow and fragmented. Listing a property on the major portals is only available to agents, who pay heavily for it and pass that cost on. A single sale or tenancy is then spread across the agent, conveyancers, surveyors, referencing firms, certificate providers and trades, each with their own system, and the customer chases all of them.

OpenMoov brings that whole journey into one place and removes the cost of entry. Anyone can list for free, choose whether to use an agent, verify the people involved and book the services a move needs, without leaving the platform.

The same problem exists in every property market, so we built OpenMoov to be one property platform for the world. Countries, currencies, fees and local regulations are configuration rather than code, so opening a new market does not mean rebuilding the platform. We started in the UK.

What we have built

Free listings for owners and agents

Private owners can sell or let their property themselves, and estate agents can list their entire portfolio, at no cost. Buyers and tenants search every listing in one place.

Everyone ranked on merit

Estate agents, conveyancers, surveyors, trades and every other provider on OpenMoov are ranked on their real track record. Rankings are based on performance alone. Placement cannot be bought.

Property services marketplace

Instant conveyancing quotes, surveys, removals, safety certificates (gas, electrical, EPC) and vetted trades, compared and booked on the platform.

Built-in verification

Identity, anti-money-laundering, credit and Right to Rent checks for buyers, tenants, guarantors and landlords, so a transaction can move as soon as both sides are ready.

One dashboard for the whole journey

Viewings, offers, documents, e-signatures, sales progression, rent collection, landlord statements and compliance certificates, managed from a single account.

AI throughout

Generated listing descriptions, photo analysis, valuations, document summaries, a conversational assistant and an AI voice agent that answers property enquiries by phone.

How we make money

OpenMoov is free at the point of entry. We earn when something happens on the platform: a fee when a marketplace job is booked, commission on professional services, paid boosts and portal upgrades that owners can choose for their listing, verification checks, and subscriptions for agents who want our advanced tools.

None of this buys visibility in our rankings, for agents or for any other provider. They stay merit-only, so customers can trust who we show them.

Built on Google Cloud

OpenMoov runs on Google Cloud and Firebase. We use Vertex AI and Gemini across the platform, for listing copy, image analysis, valuations, document understanding and our assistants.
