Openmoov is a technology platform that connects estate agents, letting agents, suppliers, landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. We provide tools for property management, marketing, compliance, and transaction facilitation.

2. Platform Services

Our platform provides the following services:

• Property listing and marketing tools
• Property management and tenancy administration
• Applicant and lead management
• Compliance tools including AML verification
• Document management and e-signatures
• Social media marketing integration
• Payment processing and invoicing
• MoovCash rewards programme

3. Platform Role and Responsibility

Estate agents, letting agents, and suppliers operating through our platform are independent businesses responsible for their own:

• Regulatory compliance and licensing
• Client money protection
• Professional conduct and service quality
• Accuracy of property listings and information
• Anti-money laundering compliance

We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or negligence of third-party agents, suppliers, or service providers using our platform.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

6. Fees and Payments

Certain services on our platform require payment. By using paid services, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorise us to charge your payment method

The Openmoov platform, including its design, features, content, and branding, is owned by Openmoov Ltd and The Good Pack Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Content you upload to the platform remains your property, but you grant us a licence to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the platform 'as is' without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim
• We are not responsible for third-party services, agents, or suppliers

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Openmoov Ltd, The Good Pack Ltd, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the platform ceases immediately
• Any MoovCash balance will be forfeited
• Outstanding fees remain payable
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
